This virtual class is designed for anyone interested in creating "treats" in a more discreet, low-odor way. We’ll explore three effective infusion techniques that help minimize smell while maintaining consistency, quality, and control throughout the process.
During the class, you’ll learn how to use the sous vide method for precise temperature control, a sealed mason jar with a double-boiler setup to contain odor, and how to work with distillates for scent-free infusion. Each method will be explained step-by-step, including when to use it, what materials are needed, and common mistakes to avoid.
This session is ideal for those living in shared spaces, apartments, or anyone who prefers a cleaner, more intentional approach to making edibles at home. The class will be held live in the evening, with time for questions at the end, and a full recording will be emailed to all registered participants for later viewing.
