This virtual class will teach you how to create infused sugar at home using simple, effective methods that produce consistent results. Infused sugar is one of the easiest and most flexible infusions, perfect for adding to drinks, baked goods, and everyday recipes.
During the class, we’ll walk through the infusion process step by step, including how to properly combine your ingredients, dry and store infused sugar, and avoid common mistakes. You’ll also learn different ways to use infused sugar, from cocktails and mocktails to desserts, coffee, and more.
The class will be held live on Zoom on February 5, 2026 at 7:00 PM EST, with time for questions at the end. A full recording of the class will be emailed to all registered participants, so you can watch live or catch the replay later if you’re unable to attend.
