Service Description
Bring the Kush & Kocktails experience to your next birthday, bridal shower, wedding, corporate event, girls' night, brunch, or private celebration. Every event includes a custom drink menu, professional bartending service, fresh juices, premium mixers, fresh garnishes, cups, straws, napkins, ice, signature K&K infusions, setup, breakdown, and everything needed to create an unforgettable experience. Host provides alcohol if desired—we provide the rest. Booking Retainer: A $250 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and is applied toward your final balance. After booking, we'll schedule a consultation to finalize your guest count, drink menu, package, and any add-ons before sending your remaining Square invoice. Final balances are due 7 days before your event. Most events range from $600–$2,000+, depending on guest count, location, event length, package, and add-ons. Signature Cash Bar (Most Popular) – Starting at $250 + beverage sales. Includes a custom two-drink menu, bartender, setup, premium bar supplies, signature K&K infusions, and guests purchase drinks throughout the event. Hosted Bar Experience – Starting at $8–15 per guest. Includes one hosted drink per guest with additional drinks available for purchase. Premium Open Bar Experience – Starting at $18–25 per guest. Unlimited drinks from your custom menu during service. Popular Add-Ons: Flower Bar (starting at $300), Custom Party Favors ($8+/guest), Welcome Bags ($15+/guest), DJ Services ($350+), Additional Signature Drinks ($100 each), Additional Bartender ($150), and Additional Service Hours ($125/hour)
Cancellation Policy
By placing your booking retainer, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A $250 non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date and is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to your event. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your retainer. Kush & Kocktails does not provide alcohol. If alcohol will be served, it must be purchased and supplied by the host. We provide the mobile bar, bartending service, fresh juices, mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, signature K&K infusions, and other supplies based on your selected package. The host is responsible for ensuring guests consume responsibly and comply with all local, state, and federal laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated, is underage, acts aggressively, disrespectfully, or creates an unsafe environment. Kush & Kocktails reserves the right to suspend or end service without refund if staff experience harassment, threats, illegal activity, unsafe conditions, property damage, or disorderly conduct. Infused beverages will not be served to anyone under 18 years old. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests 21+ with valid identification where required. Guests are responsible for knowing their own tolerance and consuming responsibly. Travel outside the Orlando area, guest count increases, additional service hours, package upgrades, or event changes may result in additional charges. The client is responsible for obtaining any required venue approvals and providing a safe, accessible setup area. For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing adequate cover in the event of rain or severe weather. Booking retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event remain responsible for the remaining balance unless otherwise approved in writing. Unless requested otherwise, Kush & Kocktails may capture photos or videos of the event for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking due to non-payment, lack of communication, inaccurate event information, safety concerns, or any circumstance that may negatively impact our staff, guests, or business.
