Service Description
Bring the Blaze & Bouquet experience to your next girls night, birthday, celebration, date night, or private event. Guests will create custom floral arrangements in a fun, interactive atmosphere featuring music, curated vibes, and hands-on instruction. Each workshop is customized based on your group size, theme, and desired experience. Perfect for birthdays, bridal events, self-care nights, creative gatherings, and more. Workshops may include fresh florals, themed arrangements, bouquet wrapping, garden-inspired experiences, games, music, and optional add-ons. We also offer private couples experiences curated for date nights and special occasions. Couples sessions may include a private setup, custom florals, drink flights, curated music, puffable goodies, small gifts, and a more intimate garden-style atmosphere. Starting rates: • 8 guests & under: starting at $65/person • 8+ guests: starting at $55/person • Private couples experiences: starting at $250 • Garden venue couples experiences: starting at $325 We’ll come to you, or you may choose to host your experience at our smoke-friendly garden venue for an additional $200 venue fee. A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Remaining balance will be invoiced separately after final guest count and event details are confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a private experience with K&K Mobile Bar, the client agrees to the following terms: • A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure all private bookings. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. • Remaining balances must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Events booked within 7 days require full payment at booking. • Final pricing may vary based on guest count, location, travel, add-ons, custom requests, or event changes. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable and may also be subject to an additional cancellation fee of up to $150. • One reschedule request may be accommodated with at least 7 days notice and is subject to availability. • Final guest count and important event details should be confirmed at least 5 days before the event. Additional guests or last-minute changes may result in added charges. • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including address, parking instructions, setup access, and a safe, clean event space. • Outdoor events should have proper weather coverage or backup accommodations available if needed. • All guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ with valid ID. Depending on the selected package, alcohol may be supplied by the host. • K&K Mobile Bar reserves the right to refuse or end service if guests are excessively intoxicated, unsafe, aggressive, or if event conditions are unsuitable. • Delays caused by the client, guests, venue restrictions, or setup limitations may shorten the experience time and may not extend the scheduled booking window. • Photos/videos may occasionally be captured for promotional use unless requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.
