Service Description
Bring the K&K experience to your next private event with our signature elevated mixology classes. Guests will learn how to create elevated drinks in a fun, interactive atmosphere curated with music, games, and unforgettable vibes. Perfect for birthdays, girls nights, date nights, bachelorette parties, celebrations, and private events. Experiences may include guided mixology instruction, signature kocktails, infusion basics, plant education, custom themed menus, interactive games, music, and more. All mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, bar tools, and setup are included. Alcohol may be supplied by the host depending on the selected experience. We also offer private couples mixology experiences perfect for date nights, celebrations, or just trying something new together. Couples will create and enjoy custom cocktails together while learning mixology basics in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Sessions may include puffable goodies, games, music, plant education, infused mixology education, and good vibes throughout the experience. Starting rates: • 8 guests & under: starting at $60/person • 8+ guests: starting at $50/person • Private couples experiences: starting at $185 We’ll come to you, or you may choose to host your experience at our smoke-friendly private venue for an additional $200 venue fee. A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Remaining balance will be invoiced separately after final guest count and event details are confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a private experience with K&K Mobile Bar, the client agrees to the following terms: • A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure all private bookings. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. • Remaining balances must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Events booked within 7 days require full payment at booking. • Final pricing may vary based on guest count, location, travel, add-ons, custom requests, or event changes. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable and may also be subject to an additional cancellation fee of up to $150. • One reschedule request may be accommodated with at least 7 days notice and is subject to availability. • Final guest count and important event details should be confirmed at least 5 days before the event. Additional guests or last-minute changes may result in added charges. • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including address, parking instructions, setup access, and a safe, clean event space. • Outdoor events should have proper weather coverage or backup accommodations available if needed. • All guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ with valid ID. Depending on the selected package, alcohol may be supplied by the host. • K&K Mobile Bar reserves the right to refuse or end service if guests are excessively intoxicated, unsafe, aggressive, or if event conditions are unsuitable. • Delays caused by the client, guests, venue restrictions, or setup limitations may shorten the experience time and may not extend the scheduled booking window. • Photos/videos may occasionally be captured for promotional use unless requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.
